TERMINOLOGICAL DISCOURSE OF THE ISSUE OF PREPARING FUTURE BACHELORS OF GRAPHIC DESIGN FOR CALLIGRAPHY USAGE IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

The review article presents the terminological discourse of issue training future bachelors graphic design for calligraphy usage in professional activities, which includes such terms as “art education,” “design-education,” “design,” “graphic design,” “calligraphy,” “font,” “font “national font etc. essence a form art aimed at artistic construction subject space by applying potential and industrial production, decorative applied with aim aestheticizing everyday life, environment on basis national, ethnic, cultural identity has been clarified. analysis category design” made it possible to clarify its definition type design, purpose is provide visual communication project meaningful images, signs through simultaneous artistic, project, technical, activities information technologies used visualization aestheticization environment, creation high-quality enterprise, community, state level, author’s national process creating reproducing fonts based traditions historical features certain people preserving substantiated.
 It found that modern education, primarily designers institutions higher problem updating content, forms, methods using traditions, substantiating methodological principles reproduction Ukrainian typefaces actualized typography, samples culture. Today, preservation require new understanding, affirmation study experience, well use digital technologies, will enable strengthening field education.
